This lot look like traffic wardens. It's not a job I'd like to do seeing the same places in the same square every day. Prefer a bit of travelling. But each to their own. Probably get a good chance of specialising in something as a Special there too - fraud maybe if that floats your vessel?

same uniform as Regs last time I saw one maybe you saw a traffic warden and made a mistake

You sound like a certain somebody else on here recently. Are you running an ethnicity poll too by any chance? :D

As suggested, yes the battenberg. Also the chunky epaulettes and everything all 'grandiose gold'. Reminds me of the old 'Civil Enforcement Officer' uniform from way back when.
