  1. Assessment Centre

Great news, all the best to you!
  2. Pocket Notebook Queries

As MindTheGap says, I was issued with a plastic PVC cover which goes over the front and back and the book just slips inside without anything needing to be attached. Has saved it from getting wet on a few occasions!
  3. Merry Christmas

Happy Christmas everyone, hope we've all had a good couple of days!
  4. Assessment day tomorrrow!

Well done! If anyone has any replies to this post please can they be posted on the separate thread to keep them all together: http://www.policespecials.com/forum/index.php/topic/147417-assessment-process-results-gloucestershire-constabulary/ Thank you
  5. Your guide to VETTING

    That's good news!
  6. Thanks for posting, good luck to anyone who goes for it
  7. Numerical Reasoning

Best of luck with it Foggy! Hope it goes well and at least with all this preparation you know you're giving it your very best shot.
  8. Vetting- Must I note a Penalty Fare.

As Dave says, I'd be inclined to mention it. If in doubt best to tell them rather than find they needed to know.
  9. Assessment day tomorrrow!

Stay as calm as you can- very best of luck :D
  10. No need to apologise :D- there might not be anything but it's always worth a quick check as the information in there tends to be more relevant to individual forces and these things can vary quite a lot! Good luck for Sunday, hope it goes well.
  11. Joining the WYP - Where to start?

My understanding (anyone please feel free to correct me) is that they are pretty much standard but forces might have some slight differences. There's a pinned thread in the Recruitment section called Restricted Occupations which gives some information and I'd suggest checking with HR to be sure of the exact position.
  12. I'll alter the topic title when I get home to make it a bit more specific- have you had a look in the force specific section to see whether there's any information there?
  13. Which force are you applying for?
  14. Numerical Reasoning

Which force is this for? Think things like calculators can vary depending on which one you're applying to.
  15. BTP Information Evening

    Good luck!
