  1. Rail Operator/BTP

As they are legally bound to cough up, if they didn't feel they were getting a satisfactory service I suppose they would have to raise and enter into some kind of formal legal grievance procedure Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Chester is a bit of a wired one, it is an independent Police post but I don't believe you can apply to start there. Regarding Liverpool and the Wirral the only officers actually based on the Wirral are regs and PCSO's forming a neighbourhood team. Specials of independent patrol status are not assigned to a specific area they generally sign on at the main police station with the response shifts and get briefed from there. The rank structure for specials has only recently been introduced so things may become a bit more structured Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Transferring from an E&W force to Scotland

I appreciate this post was made over 2 years ago, however is the correct for regs, and to make sure I understand correctly.... If a reg wanted to transfer to Police Scotland they must have served with their current force for 5 years before then applying for a transferee post? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Regular Recruitment

And in complicated terms ha? Is it a case of yes there was a recruitment drive but it was made up of people already sitting in the application process? Or only internal.. Existing staff, specials, pcso's etc??
  5. Regular Recruitment

Evening all, Had a quick trawl through the threads and couldn't seem to find any definitive answer but have Cheshire police recently (as in the last 6 months) undergone a regular recruitment drive?? Thanks
