I though I'd make a Chat topic because I have a habbit of babbling on and going off topic. :)

Some of the posts earlier on in this sub-forum for some youngsters absolutely shocked me .. I'm talking a good few years ago but still, it seemed terrible. And some of them claimed to be Cadets! (Just a bit of random chit-chat)

I think it is because of the lack of moderators visiting this area of the forum that things appear to go unnoticed!

Because for a long while the cadet section was really really quite

Ahem, things rarely go unnoticed :)

Personally I have no problem with this, but just remember where you are and what you are posting.

Of course you can! :)

I think it was Ok's idea so that there is somewhere specific for Cadet's (and other younger members) to talk about general random stuff (chit chat) without invading a thread and going off topic.

Ermm...A General Chit-Chat thread? I think this is a good idea, in fact, I'll pin this topic to the top so peeps can see and use. But please recall, we do have a ‘locker room’ for general chit chat, lets try and keep this area explicitly for Cadet topics only.

As David points out, just remember where you are, in the meantime, I think a Chit-Chat topic may reduce the general chat in threads and specific topics. So its a yes from me.

Well, I'm waiting for my medical date for the Royal Air Force at the moment.

I am, however, going to ask if I can still come in and help with the cadets.

After four years and 10 months as a Volunteer Cadet with Lincolnshire Police, part of me may die that night :D haha
