Well, I'm waiting for my medical date for the Royal Air Force at the moment.

I am, however, going to ask if I can still come in and help with the cadets.

After four years and 10 months as a Volunteer Cadet with Lincolnshire Police, part of me may die that night :D haha

I've still got 2 years left, but I am not looking forwards to my last night. Not one bit!

It's like losing part of your family.

Am currently making the hard decision of do I leave the Youth Team (SJA) or not. I want to go into other areas as an operational member. Though I get on really well with my cadets and they will probably lose out if I leave, or even close the unit down.

On a lighter note, I just heard someone shouting on the TV on Street Crime UK and it was one of my old Cadet Leders before she was a Sgt!

Of course you can! :D

I think it was Ok's idea so that there is somewhere specific for Cadet's (and other younger members) to talk about general random stuff (chit chat) without invading a thread and going off topic.

How hard could it be?

Just turn the knobby thing, put the paddles on the thread and shout "clear" really loudly.

Sorted! :D

Its not with a manual one, you need to know what level of shock your giving and able to read some thing what it prints out.

Thats why we use a automated one so it does it for us. :D

Yeh, make sure no one is around the patient when your shocking, apparently a first aider went to shock a person didnt see that 'dead' persons partner was holding there hand and they both got the shock. Not good.

You should of seen the scenario I had for my assessment, I wanted to go home and cry.

Now..This may sound odd.

I have just recived my new uniform, and I ordered a new flat cap with it. They sent me the flat cap, with the blue band ribbon and the force badge. Does anyone know how you are meant to put this blue band on and how you fix it on, as I carn't make heads or tails of it.
