Same thing happened in Derbyshire. It's quite a big job to roll out, train up and check everything is working OK. Doing it a Division at a time means if they do find any problems only one Division at a time should be affected.

We are currently having our Airwaves training in A division and they go live on the 18th.

A & B Divisions are going live before C hence the reason why they already have theirs.
I have already done my training and have an Airwave set. Its very nice!! :grin:

The sets are great. I can sit at home in Rickmansworth (M25 - J18) and talk to someone down in Alton. Talk about coverage. And the P2P option is great as well. Obviously all for operational purposes!
And before anyone starts mouthing off that we shouldn't have our radios on at home, we were told to play with them as much as we can before the 18'th ..
