What you do or what levels you need to get to pass?

Here is one which is on the LMJU website for the Diploma in Paramedic Practice, but it is possible that the requirements were set out by NWAS (PDF format)

For the Scottish Ambulance Service it comprises of 20 mins step ups with 5kg weight each arm as a warm up. Then 25kg's of weight on each arm for about 20 mins followed by 20 mins of CPR on a recus annie, and an Oxygen Cylinder change in the middle somewhere. I think this is reaspnably accurate but they didn't have this when i joined.
