It's good to hear that he's pro-Special and made a difference to Cumbria, hopefully we will see some benefit from his joining us too.

Perhaps with me being a civvy I dont warrant a good morning back!!! Maybe if i was in uniform I may get a nod!!!
Reminds me of a CC from about 10 years ago who never said a word to me and my colleagues in 4 years!!

I do like it when senior officers engage with us, our divisional commander has been out with us on a night shift several times, and he is a pretty friendly chap. He appears to be willing to come and join in.

From my experience of him when he was up here, he was a very talkative sort of boss and often stopped to talk about things. I had a good twenty minute conversation about my application on an event he came to.He's not a very talkative chap, I crossed his path the other day and said good morning, he just looked at me and ignored me. Seen him do this to a few others.
