Been quiet on here past couple of days!
How is everyone? Clearly Busy! lol
Nerves starting to kick in about tomorrow... and when my first shift will be etc! Looking forward to it though!
Will be good to meet the couple of you that may be attending also!

TDCI enjoy it fella sorry for the radio silence. Listen, get involved, think, learn. You'll love it. You've worked for months for this. Look sharp and be proud of the uniform and treat everyone with at least as well as you would like to be treated.

Well, that's it!
Attested last night, good time had by all!
Met my Special Inspector, and Special Sergeant. Had IL4SC explained in much detail, then ate the buffet!
Going in on Wednesday with the others to have duty sheet, my view, a tour etc! And hopefully organise my first shift!!
Thankyou to all u guys here for the hints and tips! And I'm sure I'll be asking some more questions over the next year!!!

You got one? The fabled 'locker'? I've only ever heard about these things in myth and folklore... Photographic evidence is a must to disprove the non-believers!

Its a pretty sad state of affairs when you don't have a locker or at least a room to store you're kit bags (which could then be secured with mini padlocks)

I have a photo
but unsure how to upload it from my phone... And yes I have a locker...
Yeah because I'm the new IL4SC style of special I get attached to a regular to be coached for a year... (or until IPS is obtained)
However as yet I am yet to be assigned a coach, I do know what team I'm on tho
