Hi Ryank89
I am a Lincs special and from memory it was, sample of urine, eye sight, blood pressure, general chat about your past medical history and a hearing test. Nothing to be concerned about.
Good Luck!

As I recall mine was the same as the rest. The only thing I would add is the Doc asked me a hell of a lot of questions about my 'state of mind', 'happiness' and 'well-being'. Wanted to know if I was a member of any support groups.

I thought it was strange.

The medical supprised me - They looked at every thing from eyes to a drugs test. The most shocking was when i was asked to drop my pants and cough  - I didnt think they still did that any more.

It was worth going through as the specials training that follows is fantastic and the mates you will make will last a lifetime.
