hi guys and gals
anyone on here due to start on sat 17th feb, are you feeling nervous. Be nice to know a few names before we get there i reckon.
also anyone got any ideas on where us gals can buy some really comfy shoes for the job.

Welcome to Lincs. I'll be there on Saturday, not sure if my group will bump in to you though, we're there for our last weekend of training and if I recall correctly from another post not so long ago, you're there for first aid/personal safety training, aren't you? Might see you hanging around at reception first thing, but you'll probably be in a different area of HQ to us.
This thread here might help you with footwear choice - I've not read it myself so don't know if there's any good suggestions in it, but going by the title it can't be a too bad a bet to have a look through it.

thanks for that i did read em and it was useful. ive been looking at the SWAT 6" ankle boot i reckon thats what i will go for, prefer a boot than a shoe.Welcome to Lincs. I would recommend the Swat with the side zip. Makes them easier to put on / take off.Well done for getting in and enjoy the training.
