Well everyone hasd a intresting day today I spent the day with the ACR in WYP and it was rather intresting, it has made me seriously think abotu my carrear options for the future.

I have decided that today I will apply to join the ACR as a employee as well as being a special.

I got a VIP visiting Leeds

a few assaults
amongst the other intresting things happening in Leeds

Well had a amazing day today.....

Got up about 8am and went to the Real World ensured we were reaching the targets requested.

Then I had a meeting at 12 - 5

then it was play time:

straight on NPT with the Duty Sarge and a PC

We had to do some Licence checks, but we ended up doing a couple of calls then on to transporting a section 1, a 999 help call, a check on a SO, a a few D&D to deal with but I had some fun all the way.......

Unfortunatley had to spend an hour booking about 100 items on KIM 1 at a time bloody annoying.

Well the filming went well, was quite funny as I looked a right pratt walking in this direction and that direction, standing and sitting down.

I was asked to draw my baton and I said NO, so that went down well.

I then went on tour in Leeds City centre nothing much exciting today though went out with the OIC and a probationer, we pulled a few kerb crawlers and beggers but nothing exciting today.

I am out having fun on Monday but I can't say where I am for obvious reasons, so I will tell you all on Monday Night.

Well Hi everyone not a bad day yesterday I was a bit stressed first thing in the morning as I had an audit in my Supermarket were a team came and checked that every product was were it should be on the shelves and I hadn't done any diddling and I had placed all the promotions out on display, and I got a 99% pass out of about 1100 products with a two product fault.

Thank God

Anyway enough of that rubbish, I have just found out of my SO/LO that I am going out on Bank Holiday Monday to a specific Venue that I can't tell you about until after it happens for obvious reasons, but as you can well understand I am really looking forward to it, I am only doing that for a few hours but I plan to get a tour in straight afterwards for around 6 hours as well, but I am gonna try and get out at Holbeck this time for a change from the city centre.

Anyway I am about to get up so I will see you all later and thanks for reading my Diary.

I would be grateful if you could message me and tell me if you want me to carry on my diary, so I am not writing it for the sake of it, and I can make some more new friends and I have an idea how many people are actually reading it

Well good morning all it's Bank Holiday Monday I am just sat thinking about what to do today, to kill time until this afternoon when I go on duty, so I decided to update my diary for you.

Well I have had a quite weekend at work, a few customer complaints mainly kids wanting Ciggies and Booze serving to them and getting abusive when we ask for ID or refuse them ( I still cant see the reasoning, as I am even more less likely to serve them) then I have one old alcholic that comes in and she is a customer from hell, she called last night demanding cigs and a couple of bottles of Vino I more than happily said "sorry Were closed......." then I fell about laughing.

Had a view on here in the morning, collected a bottle of Malt whisky that a friend gave me (yummy).

Visited my friends office to check on the web site to make sure everything was fine with it, it was suprisingly as my friend normally deletes files off, that I find most annoying, as he calls me at the worst possible moment and expects me to drop everything and go and sort it out. Last time I charged him £250.00 for getting me out of bed on a Sunday morning because he had deleted his internet settings.

Good Morning all

I have finally got round to writing this damn thing, ok here I go:

Yesterday I was policing Lucas Radabbes tesimonial at Elland Road in Leeds, it was brilliant was a pretty good match there was about 37,000 fans there and they were all in a really good mood except when it started raining.
There was a few famous people there Vinnie Jones was one of them.....
It amazed me as I have never been to a football match let alone a large crowd like that and not a single bit of bother thank god.....

I finally got finished about 5.30pm so it was back to the station and ask the Duty Sarge if I could go out and he was okay with it so we decided to go and get a few bail jumpers, unfortunately they were all out so we couldn't get any of them wich was a big shame.....

Then me and a reg did some patrolling in Leeds city centre, did some person checks & confiscating alchol... no other major problems so it was back to the RW for me and still wanting even more time out with the police...

I still haven't heard anything about my application to the ACR hopefully soon I will.

Well it's Wed morning and Karl last night said that we cant go out for the day today as the garden flooded yesterday (picture Attached) as you can understand I am pretty gutted that I cannot go on a day trip for the day

ok as promised I am here to update my diary I just have to tell you a funny story about the other night:

I was out the other night catching Kerb crawlers when the Sarge said "when we approach this lady the first thing she will say is that I have just come out"

So there we are just about to pull her when she turns around and comes back to the car and low and behold the first thing she utters is " I have just come on and I ain't done anything wrong"
We were absolutely rolling about laughing our heads off we sent her on her way.....

ok back to today

As soon as I got in I was told to change into civvies as I was going out in plain clothes today I borrowed a harness of someone for my cuffs & baton then I headed out with the sarge.

We didn't get much except a couple of emergencys 1st to arrest someone at a local Post Office and then go onto a 999 PAB pressed I ran just under half a mile across the city centre as we had roughly 7 mins to respond and nobody else was answering the 999 so we finished our Stopchecks and then legged it across the city centre.

To really upset me we got there and the woman hadn't realised that she had pressed it and she was very nonchalant about the fact she had pressed it.

We just smooched around Leeds checking places for fings going on.....

Then I went in and files intelligence reports then booked of and now I am gonna have a nice Beer before I have a big meeting in the morning in the RW.

It is a meeting of all the Managers in the Co-op in Leeds to see how we are going on so far in the year.

I am going to book a few days off next week so I can go out and play during the day, I am also trying to get some time with a specialized unit eg Vice, Drugs etc as they have already said I am more than welcome to spend the day with them.

OK I will no doubt speak in the next few days...

Don't forget I need to be told to keep up the postings and I want new friends.

Well Good evening everyone hope you are all ok

I am just dropping in to say hi as there is not much happening at the moment I thought I would top up my diary for you all.

I have had a meeting today on Responsible Retailing and how it affects the community as a whole and what we a re doing about the concept of it.

We also spoke about the investors in People award that we hope to get again this year as we have had it for the past Ten years.

We also chatted about theft from the stores by shoplifters and opportunity thieves and how we would handle the situation.

The Chief Executive also gave a talk on how the Society is doing (unfortuntaley because of Society Rules I am forbidden about discussing anything in particular so I hope you understand)

Anyway I have also been to a Members Meeting this evening and I have just got back and I am pretty tired after it all as that is quite official and I never fell asleep we had a couple of Votes on Developing the Strategy of the Co-operative Society then I came home to speak to you lot.

Well would you belive it I got to sell tins of beans today and actually see the inside of my store, no meetings for a change.

Until My Area Manager came and told me that I am having a major refit as the Chief Executive drove past the store and didn't like the front of it.

(Whooooaaaaa............. the power)

So they are creating major changes in my branch, next week.


On the police side just thought you would like to know I have got a few days of next week so I am going out to play......

Ok I am of on a training course on recognizing the Co-operative difference so I am sure you will be riveted to your seats waiting to find out what it was all about, that is until 5 pm then I have to go do a shift in my branch until 11pm

Well I had my training course and it was about ethical traiding and Fait trade in the Co-operative movement and it was boring as I expected. lol

Anyway I managed to get to work on time in the evening and I got the usual idiots coming in drunk and asking if we sell Bacon Sandwiches or do we sell pigs by the pound.

I have to laugh I got one idiot in drunk who sided up to me and said "what is it like having a pig as a manager" I said "what do you mean the manager been a copper" he said "yes".

So I said that would mean me then, I have never seen anyone go so red in my life I was absolutley p***ing myself laughing.

I have just booked a few days of next week so I am going on duty for a few days during the day hehe, so I will keep you informed...

Well good afternoon all of you hope you are all well, I am really tired as I am doing a turnaround shift at work Sunday Night and Monday Morning and now I have a training night tonight at a local nick.

Then yipee it's playtime tomorrow I am out on patrol in the morning with the NPT so I will either give you an update tonight or one tommorow.

Morning everybody...!!!!!

I was out on Patrol yesterday in Leeds City when I was told at 7am that the Sarge was doing other duties so I was moved to Duty Patrol I was paired up with a regular and sent out as a double crew in a car.

1st. Call to a damaged veichle smashed rear window........

2nd. Shoplifter in a local supermarket arrested and processed........

3rd. Arrest and detain 2 people in Leeds City centre for outstanding warrants.

4th. Take a child into Custody for protection.......

Unfortunately I cannot continue with the No.4, lesss to say I spent 5 hours with the kid and ended up getting a bit upset myself.

#### it's hard this job sometimes....... NO tears, just know they are ok now.

OK I am moving on now, I am out today on Patrol again for a bit of fun, not that I am desperate or anything but I am spending 4 Days on patrol this week. he he he

Well hello everyone hope you are all well....

I have been a little busy bee, I got two days with patrol.

I can only discuss the 2nd day which was a long day but it was fun
it started at 10am with the NPT doing a operation in Leeds City centre
then I went with Patrol team 4 until late in the evening I got a couple of theft from shop which was fun and a Prisoner escort to hospital I have realise that I have put a few too many hours in this week as it has caused me a few probs at home.

Good Morning all, not much to report today I have been back at work for the past few days covering the store and having meetings after meetings.

Today I have a course on Stress Management which should be intresting when they ask me what makes me Stressed I will reply with a " Section 5" he he he.

I am out on Patrol on Saturday in Leeds and next Monday night I get to play out as well, perhaps I will get that ever elusive arrest this time.

"perhaps some Yoga may calm my ying yang" or whatever it's called, load of rubbish if you ask me but hey they never ask me they just think it will do me some good and potray them as the caring and sharing employer..............

OK Good Morning all

Hope you are all well, I am somewhat suprised as I am on my soap box this morning about the pictures of Saddam Hussain in the newspapers, while I have no time or love towards Saddam I think that if we as a free democratic Country take pictures of the Dictator in his underwear and parade them all over the newspapers then I think that we are stooping as low as him, yes he is a vile and disgusting man and he will deserve everything that he gets when he goes to trial for the crimes against humanity not trial by newspapers.

OK I am off my soap box now I have had a rather boring few days we are just preparing for a stocktake within the branch and a major refit in the new store as it doesnt look quite right..... !!!!! Good god what a waste of Money.

But today is Saturday my day..... Ehhhhhh Ehhhhhhh

I have booked on for the day with the WYP on Public Order duty and Patrol with one of the teams this evening.....

Well hello everyone....

Can anyone guess were I was yesterday? (He he he)

Yup you guessed it I was out playing.

I finally got my first arrest (Yipppeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Actually I got two.

2 X Theft from Shop, both 100%

I dropped a nut with the caution the first time so my tutor stopped me and made me redo it and then pointed out to me the reason he made me redo it is so that I will not forget it in a hurry next time and sure enough the next time I did it I got it 100% right.

I was gonna go on NPT but they had a full house so they sent me over to Patrol with Team 5 and they are just as mad as Team 4 but they are great I spent a little time with them running around Leeds City centre then my own team came on a little later and I was paired up with the same partner who is just as mad as me, we went out and got a couple of 117 sec 1 both suspected burglars (good Catch) and I got my 2 arrests for the shift.

We had tea a little later (sorry don't wan to give time you can understand) then it was into the van for a little Public Order,,,, I was absolutely Crapping myself Imagine the scene I had the most senior SSO in WYP sat next to me it was the first time out on Public Order with the team and I didn't want to show myself up we ended up laughing all night because it turned into a wrestling match who could get out of the van quick enough to deal with it and who was gettin the hot seat.
We had 1 guy who was on something that even I could not imagine it took to him 12 officers to subdue but it actually took 3 there was 7 in the van but they were keeping joe public away from us while we dealt with him.
He decided to kick off and be a pratt but he was taken to hospital for an injury that he sustained prior to us getting there.

The worst fools we had to deal with were absolutely stupid idiots they just wanted to be drunken pratts,,,, and make there own time with us as awkward as possible but as someone told me if we get them of the streets as drunks it ain't gonna develop any worse than necessary.
I would freely admit to anybody that i was terrified when I got in the van and I was for every single incident that we dealt with but the most important thing I realised was that you work as a team together to achieve the goal and they will back you to the hilt and protect you as one of the family as long as you work as the team

Anybody who goes into any situation cannot go with the crack skulls attitude (you would find it is the fast track out of the force Guaranteed) it amazed me how calm the other officers were....

Anyway this should keep you all happy for a couple of hours and it means I don't have to post again today lol

I have to just add that throughout the whole evening on Public Order we managed to have two Macdonalds helium ballons and they never managed to get burst but picture the scene 10 officers bursting out of a van with two pink balloons in toe......

Well good morning all, I finally went backto bed last night for a bit and managed to get some extra sleep, my colleauges in store are completeing a Stocktake within the branch this morning I just had to count all the tobacco yesterday as they are so high value a mistake in them can be a costly experience in a stock take.

I also had a staff meeting with colleauges that lasted about an hour and I managed to suprise everyone by nominating a colleuge who is deaf as the Store employee of the Quarter and was given a bottle of champagne and my Assistant Manager has just passed his Managament training so he got a bottle as well.

I cant belive that I am chatting about work (Dohhhhh)

Anyway today I have to do COmmunity organising for my Branch reaching out and promoting Fair Trade with the local schools and I am gonna use the Organic Star Wars vidoe as a promotion tool for the kids in the school as I think it's cool.

Well hello everyone what a Hot day I have had today luckily I got out to do some community work today both me and a SC were the only area car for an area in Leeds today so we got to have some fun.

We had a few kids messing around so we had to go and check some known hot spots then we had a car that we stopped with 3 males in acting suspiciously so we completed stop & searches on them nothing of note but we got a total of 5 117's with s1 plus a veichle.

We then got a call to deal with a person acting suspiciously in an area that old people lived but when we got there they had gone so we took details then reassured the the peoplethat we were in the area then went looking for the person.

We then got some kids hanging around a property that need dealing with but they were great at stealth we eventually caught up with them later on. in the day and then moved them on.

We then got a driver been abusive to a local resident so we had to go and deal with the driver and resident it turned out to be a civil dispute so we sorted the situation and made sure it was all safe then booked the problem of the system.

We then had to goto an area that was frequented by Gay men and move any veichles on that were in the area as it was not a recognised meeting point.

Nothing much really happend after that except just smooching around looking at any problems in the area.

Just thought I would drop you a line about what I have been upto today....

I aint done much I got a couple of shoppies underage so had to sort out there guardians they couldnt arrive until Tea Time so they will have to wait it out until there guardian arrives lol.

Had to go and serve a warrant on someone for an assault other than that suprisingly a Quite day

Well hello everyone I haven't been on for a while so I thought I better come and update the pages:

I have been on three patrols since my last posting I have done outside Patrol for general duties and NPT the other day.

We spent most of the time doing stops around Leeds I worked with a great Female officer who happens to be Part time officer which really amazed me as I never realised that there was part time officers.

I had one incident were a person had done something wrong and I got ACR to put it over the radio that she had one distinguishing feature (only 1 front tooth) I was killing myself laughing trying to relate it to ACR as we were both laughing, but they put it out.

Never got the person though......... Damn Shame "The Crazy fools"

I got a few shoplifters but the best one was we had one at a high street retailer who decided to leg it and got caught on the way out by the (loss prevention officer)
the guy took a swing at the guard landed his one and only punch then the guard got him he literally picks the guy up and drops him on the floor, it was a cool maneuver.

I then got called to a PAB at one of our own branches I had to laugh when I turned up they were all looking as if to say I know that face?

I got involved with a family dispute that was ongoing and somebody was attacked I later filed my report and PNB but we had to go later and seize a persons clothing, but as it transpired I had been at the scene I could not attend the seizing of the clothing because of transmission of DNA so I got moved to public order (hehe) It all went really quite, I think that I have some weird affect on the city as soon as I go on public order nothing happens thank god.

Yesterday I got to work in plain clothes somewhere in Leeds looking at Anti-Social behavior gathering evidence of it happening.
There didn't appear to be much happening so wasn't out for very long, just had a smooch around sampled the local chippy and nearly got bitten by a bloody rottweiler..........

With regard to the RW I gave a lecture to children on Responsible Retailing and Fair Trade, they were more interested in the Fact that I was a special constable lol.

I also got my result from my stock Take it was 0.22- wich was peachy perfect.
