Designed by the same chap who did the Millenium Bridge in London. I think it was that one, the wobbly one.

Yeah you are right it was Sir Norman Foster & Co.
I worked for one of the Consulting Engineering companies involved in the Millennium "Wobbly" Bridge at the time it was built!
Oh we were proud when it opened..........and then had to be closed for safety reasons after a couple of hours!!!

I saw this on Extreme Engineering the other week (on Discovery)... Very impressive indeed! I fully intend to have a go on it at some point
