Work work and more work this week followed by aid on Saturday. And hopefully I'll have got rid of these damned caffeine withdrawal headaches!

You have my sympathy. I've cut out alcohol. Drink fairly regularly at the weekends (unless on duty of course) and have the odd glass during the week. Decided it's too much so I've cut it out altogether and boy was I suffering yesterday. Worse than a hangover strangely.

Haha, that actually put a smile on my face.
One of my customers doesn't grasp the fact that we cannot relax our security just for them to be able to do something.
Me: "We will not do this as it will put all our data at a risk we are not prepared to have"
Customer: "But I can't do what I want with your restrictions"
Me (What I wanted to say): "No you can't! Why the <expletive> would you want to?! It's a stupid way of operating and will make your data inaccurate!!"
Me (What I actually said): "We have these security restrictions in place for a reason, and we won't be making an exception unfortunately."

Today has been a pretty bad day. My car is dead and I had an email informing me I missed my medical, which I had put in my diary for Thursday instead of today.
