How is everyone finding the new black t-shirts?
I have not worn mine yet as I have done a few plain clothes duties. I've heard both good and bad opinions.

How is everyone finding the new black t-shirts?
I have not worn mine yet as I have done a few plain clothes duties. I've heard both good and bad opinions.
Mine fit me properly so I'm not fussed. They are certainly more comfortable than the white shirts from my perspective
The only thing I dont like is that we all look ridiculous in black shirts and hi-vis armour.

Mine are a bit tight under the armpit but once I have my stabbie on they are fine. I like the look and feel but not as much as the fact we don't have to iron them!

My only complaint is that the t-shirts make me look even more weedy and thin than the shirts did. I might get a size down... that way I'd look like I filled the thing out more.

Mine fit really nice, but I haven't tried them on with my stabbie. I think we look good with the black shirts and hi vis stab vests, black on black don't make us look like police. I hope the new trousers are good too.

The new trousers ARE goooooood.
I had to replace my poly-cotton pair as I'd grown out of them. I asked for replacement Poly-wool (to give me a decent pair of smart police trousers) and get the new trousers when my current poly-wool ones wear out in a few months but apparently Computer said noooo and they are making poly-wool trousers loan kit with tunics.
It means they sent me the new patrol trouser/search trousers. It does mean that when I'm working on PSTT next week I will actually have search trousers like the rest of the team.
