Sorry to hear that pal and hopefully after the exams which are a stressful time at the best of times without the added exam pressures you may be able to sort out the relationship.

Also if I can help with any of the biology stuff just give me a shout

cheers for the offer mate! We've had our fights before but her mum and sister made it clear about what was gonna happen. So just gonna have to get over it and move on.hopefully the police will open up recruiting soon and then i will have something to really focus on.

I have my first day of OPST today. Really excited for it, which is good because if I had to be up at this time and wasn't excited, i'd be hurting someone -.-

Just in from night shift. An eventful night and morning indeed. Time to get some much needed beauty sleep...though that might require sleeping for eternity!

Today I have mostly been doing nothing. Watching TV and eating nice things. This back pain won't go away either. If it's still there by Monday, I'm off to see a doctor.

Unfortunately I've been working today (and tomorrow) but things were brightened up by a Hurricane flypast :D :D

Should have been at our Force's open day but it was cancelled. So, instead I've been looking after the kids this afternoon and this morning mowed the garden for its first cut of the year. Glamorous or what.

Sorry, Merlin, couldn't resist

Got pain across my lower back pretty much from side to side. I'm ok just walking around and standing but when I bend down or sit down/get up from a chair it hurts. I thought it was just sore from playing paintball last Saturday but it got worse on Wednesday. I've been taking it easy and having some painkillers. It's still not much better so I'll probably book myself in with a doctor on Monday.

Is it since you wear your vest? I had L2/L3 problem but I believe mine is just a combo of age, posture etc but the vest exacerbates. Am on my phone so it's short and sweet. May be the paintballing too.

I'm pretty sure it's not my vest because I've only done 2 shifts so far. Could just be my age and posture too I suppose. Hopefully it'll go soon because I'm doing a run on Thursday lunchtime then I'm hoping to do a shift on Friday. Fingers crossed!!
