I spent around 6/7 hours doing that today. It's a fun ol' time killer.

Ate porridge and just about to leave for my 2nd day of SC training. Roads quite slippy too so it seems....

I'm going to try a new class at my gym, Kettle Bells, I've heard good things so I'll be jumping on that bandwagon at 9am!

Only spent 8 hours of a 9 hour shift on contants. I know a few people who would kick up a fuss about it, but I think its part of the job

Had a lovely shoot this morning the the sun, that is until I had to drive home only to be met with a group of 20 or so Lycra clad asshats riding 3 abreast! I would have certainly had words if I was on duty, it's just not acceptable!
