I do wish people would stop complaining about the weather.
And it's not hot, it's nowhere near hot. Hot is 30+ degrees with 90% humidity, not a pleasant 22 degrees with a temperature of half that in the shade and a nice breeze.
For goodness sake, get a grip.

Surely whether it's hot or not depends on your own opinion?I do wish people would stop complaining about the weather.

I've heard from a few different people now that people are out panic buying fuel. Great!
Driving home from training last night at about 2200 I went past 3 petrol stations and each had a queue of cars out onto the road....are these people nuts or what?

He's very welcome to; I'm not replying on behalf of him, I'm replying because I disagree with what you said.callsign-kid's a big boy, I'm fairly sure he can respond himself.

I've just seen on the news that a garage sold double the amount of fuel yesterday than they did on Tuesday. It's crazy.

Apparently there was an 80-something percent uplift on Petrol sales and 40-something percent increase in diesel. I wasn't paying much attention
but still ridiculous. I had to sit in a queue coming off the A2 all the way to a shell garage because of a queue. A 30second journey taking 15mins!
and the tanker drivers havent even said when they plan to strike yet and they have to give a minimum of 7 days notice...
Though El Presidente Cameron has now got the Fire Brigade Union on his back because he told everyone to store petrol in jerry cans in their garages

________________________NO
_______________________FUEL
____________________AVAILABLE
Seems to mean nothing to the people sat there waiting to get onto the forecourt. It's almost as if they're suddenly expecting a fuel tanker to magically appear to deliver fuel. Even though the fuel tanker, if it's coming at all, can't get to the bloody garage because of all the damn traffic.

But yeah, I do agree that it isn't exactly scorching and I love the cold.

Damn you Merlin I was all prepped for a Dr Cox (Scrubs) style evil speach
Damn you, took all the wind out of me. I now need to find someone else, which could be quite interesting considering I'm going to the beach now.

Was I getting the speech or did you want it from me?

Yup people are mad but it has been fuelled by the government. I don't think it's public knowledge that 7 days notice is required for strike.
