Nearly three years old since the incident occurred and I'm not sure if it has been posted before, but still, an interesting news link with two video clips relating to a Canadian Special Constable in a custody facility:

I can't say that anything there is particularly of concern. We have not received any reason for the stripping of clothing, but it appears the officers were doing their best. I reckon the audio might have cleared things up a bit more.

Worth noting that a Special Constable in Ontario is employed (not a volunteer) to undertake specific duties, such as detention and prisoner transport, so they're not the same as specials in the UK.
