The aperture setting is too wide by a stop or two and the exposure too long by a fraction. It's also slightly out of focus and badly framed.

I hope he got out and told them that they should move as their parking was no good for road safety

Poor punctuation in the advertising sign. Doesn't form a proper sentence. Only one comma used to seperate the nouns and no full stop.

The grass verge needs new seed, the line markings on the junction arent of specified length and a cats eye seems to be missing. Other than that I can see nothing wrong...
