A bit of a random question but I was wondering if anyone knows if those shops sell things like Met branded wall plaques and how much they are?

Darn! Thanks for the link SBG. I was also hoping to get branded keyrings and other branded items. Is that still possible from somewhere (other then Ebay ;))?

Interesting, although it's stated they were made for the force, I wonder if the MPS have approved them to be on general sale to the public?

I think there is a small shop at ESB, not sure what it stocks though.

Is that the same as the Metropolitan Police Historical Collection?

There is indeed a small shop at ESB, in the same place as the small Police Museum; the staff are very helpful and I'm pretty sure they sell plaques. If not, you could look on Ebay?

I purchased a Met. tie and a Met. lapel badge from there when I attested, so they do have a range of various bits and pieces such as those I mentioned, key-rings, pens, cufflinks, etc. Posted Image

Same here. The shop/museum is run by volunteers, and it's great fun to go there and have a look.

The ties are synthetic, but I wear mine usually at work. My boss was complaining that "it wasn't widely available to buy because it was met designed and some people could complain about it", until I took him out of his error.
