Is the Grampian website down? I have not been able to access it from my laptop for the past couple of nights. Anybody with any news would be considered a great help, I was hoping to get some last minute extra revision in for my interview tomorrow. I have provided the URL I have been using to access the site below.

www.grampian.police.uk

Thanks,

It has been down for at least three days so far.

I normally check the news section daily.

I don't suppose you have any tips for the interview, or any info on Grampians priorities, operations on at the moment etc? I'm already aware of op hotspur and 4 out of the 6 official force priorities,

road casualty reduction

Community focus

serious and organised crime

National security.

Any help woul be greatly appreciated
Thanks again

I had my interview last week and was successful :new_doh2: My advise would be just to relax (at least try to look relaxed!) and be yourself. Try to contribute in all the assessment activities and listen to what the others are saying etc (all good teamwork). If you don't understand the question, simply say, I am sorry can you repeat the question. They asked me about force priorities etc, fortunately for me there was a HUGE poster stating a six right behind the panel! :aok: Not sure if they knew it was there or not, but it was very useful! Good luck!

Site back up. Much reduced content. Not sure why.

I'm no techy person but maybe it takes a while to sort it all out? I think this website looks worse to be honest, not a fan.

Just to say that the old-style site is back, minus the news section. Seems they are now using BookFace and Twitter as their primary news-imparting media.
