Hey guys,

As you might have seen from my signature, I have received my vetting and medical form through email from the lovely ladies at recruitment.
However, I am literally sitting here gawping at these pieces of paper feeling lost and confused at what is being shown.
I was given a little envelope when I completed my fitness which requires me to write some bits on the front yet doesn't provide much information

Has anyone been through this recently that could give aid? I'm sitting here scratching my head and I'm not getting anywhere fast!

Heya Mate - went through this process back in August time, so going from memory.

Basically you should have a sheet on paper saying "Put XYZ in the small envelope and then send to recruitment at XYZ address", i believe it's your eye test results among with a couple of others. Fill out ALL the forms you have (should be 3 if i remember correctly), and then put them into a larger envelope. Once done, put the small envelope which will have on it "Occupational Health Unit" with the documents specified on the list enclosed and place into the bigger envelope containing the forms. Send off to Recruitment, and job done.

I believe that's the process you're talking about.

I got my vetting and medical papers the same day as you HampshireDave. I believe they said to put all the medical forms into the envelope we were given after fitness and on the front put Name, D.O.B, job choice (special constable) and location ( Netley) . Then you seal the medical envelope and put it into an A4 envelope containing all the other vetting forms. They told me to send it all back to Training and Support HQ at Netley, not to the other addresses. Hope this helps.
