unfortunately mate,serving officers are not allowed to discuss matters on forums anymore

CNC Pete, aren't you allowed to answer general questions? The only part left of my application I have to complete is the competency questions then I am ready to go but wanna find out more about first! Drop me a PM if you can, a few questions I'm looking for are: recruitment process, fitness test, training (duration) and how you find it!

It's the exact same recruitment process as home office with the assessment centre etc etc. fitness test is 7.2 bleep test and 35/34kg on the push pull.

I would read through the previous threads and other forums, you'll find it has probably been covered before.
