They could call it the Historical Enquiries Team.

Unfortunately, earlier this year, Mr Baggott decided that in the event of the HET being in the position to bring criminal charges against people as a result of their enquiries, the file should be passed to Serious Crime Branch to complete and submit.
But yes, it would've been a good idea in principle.
