I've got my Fitness Test on the 9th @ Claytoon Brook
Good luck, although I was really nervous at the time, I enjoyed the fitness, much more laid back than the assessment. First time it felt like it was really happening too I think.
I'm getting nervous about next week now. All should be fine, I don't think I've got any problems to worry about, I've just had too much time to think about it.

Rang HR in December and they said "we are due to send out references soon and are continueing background checks". I think its cutting it a bit fine with 2 weeks to go!! no references rec. by my employer yet.

It says on the reference requests that they need them back in 7 days, so there's definitely still time, I think you're right though, it is cutting it fine, I'd give them another ring..
I take it your employer has received references? even before the medical?

It must feel like forever since you applied if your medical was back in October!

Attended event back in July, its felt much longer but I believe some people on here have to wait much longer than 6month from app to start date!
Did you say your applying to Salford division? (is that B?)

Well done! The feeling when they say you've passed and start talking about the next stages is awesome. Getting your conditional offer is great too..

Good luck :-) Just the vetting to pass now, which i found the worst part as you don't hear anything back and can't get any updates until it's complete.

Si, I think the info will be in the welcome letter, but I did find an old thread earlier (I was wondering the same thing) that said it was "smart casual". I hate that phrase...
