I will remind you that anybody can read comments posted in this area, including professional standards, if you REALLY do have an issue with management I'd suggest venting it on a public forum is not the best way to go about it.

I was about to PM you to suggest the above.

I agree that there are issues with the Specials Management at the moment, and as you have highlighted issues with lots of newer Specials with nobody to look after them - I'm sure these things will resolve themselves.

I would suggest if you do have issues then speaking to a supervisor may be the best course of action - even if that is a regular supervisor.
