OUCH! That hurt!

Anyway - I'm surprised it is still going - you've normally hit the close button by now!

Just a thought - why not start a new one each month? That way we won't end up with one that is pages and pages of out of date stuff.

So anyone doing the wedding (the Charles & Camilla that is)?
I notice it says on the TVP website that they're planning to man it using Specials to reduce the costs to the taxpayer, so I was wondering if anyone had heard 'owt about it?

Heard nothing and won't be going - think my wedding takes precedence!

There are quite a few SC's scheduled to work the event but nothing like the scale achieved for the QM's funeral. All a little "in the air" at the moment though as the date change may mean some can now attend and that others cannot.

Certainly a logistical headache for operations!

I like dressing up as Dame Edna Everage and singing show tunes while riding an orange luminous hippo

Thats a TVP standard issue shift sandwich. Guaranteed for 3 years.
I've still got the chocolate muffin from the Wokingham marathon lunchbox and that's showing no signs of age!

If fear is out of the question, can we just be mildly scared?

And a rather late April fool picture from Reading.
The picture is real - someone actually built the conning tower and put it in the Thames in Reading!!
Last year they built a traffic island (complete with bollards and beer bottles) and anchored it in the middle of the waterway! Attached File  IMG_0647.JPG   156.72K   71 downloads
