Good Luck to all attending the Assessment Centre at Martlesham this Saturday

Don't worry about it, relax and enjoy it - we are not there to deliberately fail anyone, there is no quota, if you are all good (as I am sure you will be ) you all pass, if you don't pass, its not the end of the world. Listen to the advice and try again.

You won't even know its us and we won't know its you.

No names just a number at the interviews. I'll be the grumpy one, as I had to get up early and fight latitude traffic to get down the A12 to HQ and I can't even take the bike as its going to rain alday!

Well thats a day to remember. Think I c****d up the interviews seemed to be very quick out.
Just have to wait and see now.
Now off to fill in my feedback.

Really getting impatient now, got to be the longest wait. At least for 'normal' jobs you hear within a day or two, I know lots of people to go through.

Did you get any feedback as to why?

Failed final interview. Letter on the way! I assume they mean the local interview. Funny as I thought that one went ok.

Feedback does not mention anything about final interview passed all the others. Will call and ask for feedback from interview.

Never mind, you can try again, Try and think where you might have slipped up and work on that part

I attended on the 16th and have been told by email and phone call that I was thankfuly successful, as was the other half, problem is she has recieved her feed back form and fitness/uniform fitting date ect. but not me. Is it normal for them to be send on different dates? which causes the delay in recieving the feed back.

It's not unusual for the police to do things in weird and wonderful ways. I would give it a week and if you still haven't recieved anything give HR a call.

Thanks peck06, its strange because HR have told me my training start date and my substance misuse test date!!!! still I suppose Id better get used to it. was worried but now looking forward to starting my training

Im in im in im in!!! So thought I had messed up the assessment interview. Med form sent back today and pee test booked. Now for holiday then knuckle down time!!

Tar assessors you cant be to mean, I was shaking like a leaf and it was hard work but it wasnt as horrific as I expected!
