After nearly 6 MONTHS of waiting to collect my uniform, I am eventually going tomorrow.
Hope i haven't put on to much weight since it was measured in January.

I start training a week tomorrow Posted Image
Who else is collecting their uniform tommorow/this week?

Yes, very smart! All seems to fit okay and it's all back in its box again now unless I can't resist touching it again ha.

Congrats man! I wouldn't bother putting it all back in the box though.. Just put it all on coat hangars etc and put it in the wardrobe, then it won't be all creased when you get to wear it :D

One thing to remember, your trainer will probably say something about photos of the training for at the attestation. Make sure someone in the group takes a camera to the OPST. We didn't get any pictures till after OPST and it was abit disappointing..

Haha it quickly got creased anyway. I have hung most of it up, meant the other bits and bobs are back in the box. :D

Thanks for the tip!

We were told our embroidered epaulletes would be delivered to our trainer.

We are in weekend 3 now OPST on Saturday and not got them yet

I had my key holder missing and my Silver SC's and numbers.

Give stores a call on ext 2288 and let them know

I was missing;
Pocket book cover,
Baton
Embroidered epaullettes.

Everything I have received all fits great, may need to adjust trouser length, but other than that good!

It's the most relevant weekend in my eyes, it teaches you alot, you have to try and remember what you can from it. My advise is to take water, towel and maybe change of top. Your packed lunch is substantial and will keep you going through the day! Just enjoy it !! :-)
