The Manx connection is one of the following:
Basically it's to stop people from the UK applying for local jobs.
- Manx by birth and has lived/been schooled here
- Applicant is currently resident and has been for at least two years
- Partner is Manx
- Parents or partner’s parents have been resident for at least two years
Basically it's to stop people from the UK applying for local jobs.
