On the hottest day of the year so far, I decide to start going to the gym. I actually hate the gym, I find it really booooring BUT I decided that I didn't want to be the most unfit Special in the UK so I thought it was about time I pulled my finger out. It wasn't too bad, I suprised myself.


...and then someone buys cream cakes because it's their birthday. It would be rude not to

McDonalds? The nearest foodie place at my station is a lovely little Tesco express so I'm sure I can find some healthy options in there.......yeah right

This is not going well, my badminton match has been cancelled today

Now do I go to the gym instead?

Hi all,

I'm still around - waiting for my training to start at end of the month. Anyone heard from Rich2k I think he was due to start training at the same time?

Has anyone got any tips for the training? Any Southend SCs on here so I can know what to expect when on duty?

Looking forward to meeting up with some of you guys for a social a bit later in the year when I'm fully sorted.
