On the hottest day of the year so far, I decide to start going to the gym. I actually hate the gym, I find it really booooring ;) BUT I decided that I didn't want to be the most unfit Special in the UK so I thought it was about time I pulled my finger out. It wasn't too bad, I suprised myself.

...and then someone buys cream cakes because it's their birthday. It would be rude not to

McDonalds? The nearest foodie place at my station is a lovely little Tesco express so I'm sure I can find some healthy options in there.......yeah right

This is not going well, my badminton match has been cancelled today ;)

Now do I go to the gym instead?

Go for a jog. Less boring and you breath in fresh air.

Go for a jog????? Not in Barking mate... no fresh air or nice views here

but then again looking at myself sweating whilst on a running machine isn't the prettiest views either.

Barking! I'll take that idea back then. I pictured you in leafy Coggeshall or somewhere. Yeah, go for the gym, it's safer

You know Barking? I could always run round Lidls car park being cahsed by the car park attendant trying to slap a ticket on me as I've not bought anything from the store!

Guys!

regarding chit chat I have a web site www.fencom.co.uk with a chat box which I am currently trying to get on on Police central web site. However in this chat box I am trying to get music i.e. ministry of sound on the box

Like the idea

Mmm nice and sweaty. Actually I'm sure I've seen your avatar in Barking, those shirts sell really well on the market! (minus the gun of course). ;)

Hello All,

Been having probs with the computer (me doing stuff i have not got a clue about  ), so not been able to get online. Seems a bit more busy in the Essex Area :) . I see Barking got a mention, I spent my 1st 24 years growing up in Barking. Makes policing in Thurrock like childs play.

 Hi all,

I'm still around - waiting for my training to start at end of the month. Anyone heard from Rich2k I think he was due to start training at the same time?

Has anyone got any tips for the training? Any Southend SCs on here so I can know what to expect when on duty?

Looking forward to meeting up with some of you guys for a social a bit later in the year when I'm fully sorted.
