Things are lovely ooop north. Except for the fact the poxy response vehicle has broken down again! Should be sorted soon though - the blacksmith has made some new horseshoes and the bloke is coming to nail them in tomorrow......

Yeah and I bet the Blacksmith has problems contacting the Farrier, these high winds cause havoc with the carrier pigeons.

Busy weekend this one for me. I'm off to JAE (Japanese Auto Extravaganza) up at the Billing Aquadrome. My car will be on the MR2 Roadsters stand looking terrible against all the lovely polished highly modified other 2s :sad:

Nah not my thing, quite weekend for me, giving myself a rest this weekend , after having my whole weekend taken up by the Basildon festival last weekend.

Think ill have myself a quiet one...Well...I am supposed to be going up to London tomorrow for my mates 30th Birthday party but funds are dangerously low and i havent been feeling too good...Probably end up working 'for safer communities' instead Just about to have myself a cold one and watch some mind numbing telly for a bit...What an exciting life i do lead...

Tired today.
9.5hours duty yesterday policing the 60's concert in the town park. Eventually got home at 10pm after going back to my station, decided to have a small beer to finish the night off and managed to suffer from the effects of the heat and that one beer during the early hours of this morning :sad: At least the bathroom floor was cool and stayed where it was

Oh dear, poor LilTired today.

But I'll take your tired, and raise you a very knackered. After doing Friday night 19:30 - 03:00. Up again at 08:00.
Then Saturday night 19:00 - 04:00 and up at 11:30.
Then only 5 hours sleep last night.........
Had a good night Friday, apart from not getting out until about 23:30, after that it was non stop. Went out in the carrier, two specials, 5 regs. Assisted in two arrests, so i got to see the custody process.
So a good weekend for me, tired but happy (apart from being at work at this moment bored silly
)

Oh and my mobile no longer works as of this morning so a new one will be with me tomorrow morning says Orange.

Hi all,
Having just got back from a (very good) lads holiday on Friday ,
I've just done Phase B training last weekend at Chelmsford.
I agree with others who said it gets tiring - the heat wasn't helping
much either - at least lunch wasn't too bad!
Got my next phase on 14/15th this month. Just enough time
to do the load of reading which they've given us!
Is anyone else here on this training phase with me - I did mention the
site to a couple of people so who knows maybe we're see 'em here soon.

Nearly time for me to finish now, thank god. Need to go and have a kip whilst the wife is out down Southend with her little sisters.

Hi guys,
long and very boring story, but I have smashed my face up.
Noting work related, just an accident, but it looks like police work will be out for a while. :sad:
Oh well at least I get some time off from my day job while I get repaired!
