I was based next door at a smaller borough and always heard stories of what the boys at FH got up to, good place to learn your trade.

Do the FH specials have an integration with the regs or is there a 'them and us' divide?

It used to be the latter but it's improved greatly.

I think it's gradually changed over the last 2-4 years but I think that's more to do with the job itself and our local objectives haha.

FH is a fantastic borough to start out as a special. I don't think you get many other boroughs in the Met where the regular supervisors put faith in specials to crew a Q car unaided (2 x SCs).

Barnet do this every few Fri/Sat night's
