As an A&S special, I know that you can get into the RPU if your SOLAP has been signed off and you complete the training course. You even get a fancy black shirt.
Dont know how it works in you're force though.

we're not taught road traffic offences for our foundation course with Cheshire Constabulary, so i'd hazard a guess its a no unfortunately:rolleyes:
p.s and as a Cheshire special, we get the fancy black shirts as standard issue
