also seeing as the course is 2 years (i believe) it would make sense to accept applicants who are near 18? as of the 2 years study

Is she? hmmm ill PM you mateahh i rang up HQ to inquire on work exp, they said to speak to her, she is liason officer or something

they cant, bacause you start to course once you have applied and been successful as an applicant for Kent police, then you start the training which is the uni thingalso seeing as the course is 2 years (i believe) it would make sense to accept applicants who are near 18? as of the 2 years study

Id have to say that you probabley wouldnt be able to wear it, as you would be intergrated into the class with non-officers that have joined through the UCAS system. Wearing the uniform would tend to create a "them and us" mentalityYes it would be in full uniform etc
Although as you are already a sworn member of Kent Police you should have already received it...
Edit: If you look at CCCUC's course prospectus, this course offers direct entry into Kent Police after the course is complete, subject to a medical and interview, for those who joined via UCAS.

Sorry people I have not had time at work today to find out more about this, ive had a hecktic day thats been non stop, will let you know next week.

This is a different course to that in the UCAS program. It is just for new officers who have joined Kent Police. Upon joining, each police constable will be given full uniform, warrent card and the salerey to go with it ....
Some lectures will be in full uniform, as well as placements to various organisations.
