Yea I totally agree. That confused me as well. It implied that there is a set up all in place for you to use but makes no suggestion about when it should be done?
Also, I couldn't help but laugh at the fire safety pictures. So comical

I'll give Zoe a ring, unless our Ian knows? :new_wave:

Your password will be emailed to you, I would give to the end of the week if you haven't heard anything, and check your spam folder just in case it ends up there. As for Hep B, wait until mod 1, you will have to sort this yourself, I believe telephone numbers and details are included in the HEP B info. You can contact OHU (Occupational Health Unit) for more info. It is a series of injections which keeps you immune for about 5 years. Ultimately this is your responsibility, and something I can't recommend highly enough, I have had to deal with a serious incident, and lets say im glad my injections were upto date.
Some people choose not to bother, which i think is a little risky afterall you have a responsibility not just to keep yourself safe but your family and friends too, HEP B is very contagious,

Yea just had password and log in details emailed to me. I'm curios as to how they calculate your fuel costs, like how much per mile as every car fuel consumption is different?

No haven't got mine. Some parts of the letter aren't informative enough and aren't worded correctly. For example, the hep b vaccinations.. Are we supposed to arrange that ourselves or....

I had the same problem. Just remember you're about to start training as SC's... It wouldn't hurt to take the initiative and ring OHS :aok:

Wih regards to Hep b this will be discussed on module 1 (it normally is anyway) I suggest you wait until you start training before booking appointments etc.

All this information is in the pack you received, tells you what to read up on for for the first module and also included is information about dress code.

Mae if you go onto the network 5 and ask to join (if you are not allready in it) the "IL4SC Programme" group then all the module stuff is on there.
Go to module 1 and Pre reads are there. There's a lot :p But it doesn't seem too taxing... Yet

Was about 30 minutes ? I did it straight after the account was created so perhaps the relevant admin was online :)

Boodeny - I just re-read the letter and it doesn't state what to wear for the induction only states that for the modules you have to wear Uniform!

On the Saturday induction? Do you know why the induction is now over 2 days? Also should I dress smart or casual for the induction?

Can't remember exactly where I read it but it did say somewhere about always being presentable on the HQ grounds. Smart casual always a safe bet really, and as Ian said not like we'll be in it for long! Personally id rather look nice in cases you bump into a high ranking individual :)

And I think our first weekend is the induction and mod 1 all in one ? So yes a18th we'll get our uniform :)

Oh fair enough smart casual it is then! The email I received from Sally (requirement lady) says that module 1 is 1st - 2nd of September... Does this sound right to you? Would we receive out stab vests on the 18th or not till the PPE weekend?

Can you put the dates you have on here please so I can't check it against mine? Do we get our warrant card after our attestation?
