hey all..ive passed my tests to get into the specials, inc. my interview and medical..does anyone know how long the results take and when your start date is from getting the results back?

Mine took 8-10 days (I was emailed and called to be told that I'd passed). I got all the info about training, induction evenings, collar number etc a couple of days after in the post

ahh i see...ive got nothing to worry about just getting all excited now lol

Make sure you didn't consume poppy seed containing cakes within 48 hours of the test, otherwise it will show that you had Opiates in your system.

You would have to eat a bucket load of poppy seeds for an opiates test to fail from this, testing the seeds themselves may with the marquis reagent style testing prove positive but after metabolism through the body it wouldn't show up
