  1. Fitness test prep

    I went to the gym and set the treadmill to a 1% incline 5min warm up at steady pace then set speed to 8kph to start with every minute i would put speed up by 0.5kph to the point I was sprinting. Kept doing till I couldn't. Also intervals on treadmill couple min flat out pace then down to a slow jog repeat for as long as you can. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
