The area can be called anything you like (within reason of course!) for example "Sussex Training Days", "Liverpool Central Specials - Socials" or "Lancs D Division - Duty Rosta"... you get the idea. Your area will be located under the appropriate force specific area of the forum.
You can have up to three "mini moderators" (a mini moderator is like a mini-me, only not as good looking
) who have the ability to delete or edit posts as necessary. The area can be used for anything which is force specific (again, within the forum rules) and there's no limit to the number of posts. The only thing I would ask please is that any posts which do not need to be in the 'private' area are left in the public forums please - moderators may move such posts elsewhere if necessary.
This service costs £30 per year (hey it might even be reclaimable from your force!).
How to Order your Private Forum Area
- Send your payment of £30 via PayPal to payments@policespecials.com, or a cheque to our usual address
- Choose up to three users who should be your "mini moderators"
- Decide on a forum name (something relatively sensible and not lewd
) - Make up a password for entry to the forum area
- PM me the above information and sit back and wait for a message from me telling you it's all set up!
