Has anyone a copy of the cartoon from the October fed police review mag - page 9
could it be scannned and forwarded onto me at nigel@nkettlewell.freeserve.co.uk
I have been told it is a little derogatory towards Special Constables & could do with a copy - I hear they are going to print an apology in November's mag.

I just took it with a pinch of salt.... it didn't worry me.
That said, it doesn't do anything positive either, and not a great morale boost when the forces are mostly trying to encourage specials recruitment as much as possible!
